FDC sequencing webtool

This is a chartjs graph of the data from Heesters et al. (2021), it should be faster and more convenient than the old shiny app that you can also access through the button. The data is parsed per gene to avoid long loading time, I hope to use this technique in the future to share more data! To search your favorite gene, use the dropdown menu. You can search for the protein name, gene name or the CD number (for the immunologists). The surface expression data is inferred from the human protein atlas.
