FDC sequencing webtool

This tool visualizes data from Heesters et al. (2021) using Chart.js. It's designed to be faster and more user-friendly than the previous Shiny app. Data is parsed per gene to minimize loading times. Use the dropdown menu to search for your favorite gene by protein name, gene name, or CD number. Surface expression data is sourced from the Human Protein Atlas.
